Start wearing your baby from birth.  Just like our HIPSTER™ PLUS, we paid special attention to baby’s hip positioning when designing the infant insert.  The unique angled pillow base keeps your newborn’s hips in a natural fetal position.  Our double padded back panel ensures proper support for baby’s curved spine and our thick head support ensures baby’s head and neck are protected.

Note: The purpose of the infant insert is to protect baby’s soft spine and keep baby’s head from falling backwards.  Since newborns develop quite differently at the stage, we don’t want to offer a max age limit, as long as baby is not able to hold up his or her head, an infant insert is needed for the double shoulder front facing in position.   If you want to carry your newborn with just the hip seat in our newborn hold, an infant insert is not necessary.
