Delivery Service & Pick-Up

At the moment shipping is only available within Australia.
Items general dispatched within 3-4 business days after payment is cleared. Delivery usually takes approximately 3-7 working days. Buyers will be able to trace the delivery online during the entire shipment with a unique tracking number.
Buyers have the responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address on checkout page before payment, any changes of address after check out will not be considered as valid unless we are notified in writing.
Twinkle Tots is not liable for any delay, losses and/or damage of items due to changes of delivery address after check out, or mistakes made by buyers.
A re-delivery fee will be charged to buyers for an item that is undeliverable and /or returned to Twinkle Tots due to incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful delivery.
Items will only be delivered during normal business hours (9am to 5pm) on weekdays. Delivery is not available on weekends, Public holidays or after business hours.
Pick up is welcome for our Melbourne customers from our shop in Northcote.
